This is a working standard for the prototype phase and will be refined as the editorial process matures.
Sources readers can follow
Claims should be linked to reliable, public sources wherever possible. When sources are unavailable or confidential, that limitation must be made clear.
Editorial review
Contributions should be reviewed before publication for factual accuracy, clarity, framing and compliance with Common Ground’s format rules.
Transparent perspective
Personal perspectives and political self-identifications are disclosed where they are relevant to the article or format.
Corrections remain visible
Substantive mistakes should be corrected transparently. Corrections should explain what changed and why.
AI and translation use
Translation, transcription or AI-assisted workflows may support editorial work, but responsibility for the published text remains with the editorial team.
